2. A2P 10DLC Clarification

TrustCast Method maintains compliance with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) requirements for our own communications. The following terms clarify our position regarding A2P 10DLC:

2.1 Our A2P 10DLC Status

TrustCast Method maintains A2P 10DLC registration for our own business communications. We do NOT resell phone numbers or A2P 10DLC registration services. Our compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements applies solely to communications sent by TrustCast Method. Any messaging we send to you or on your behalf is done using our properly registered numbers

2.2 Client Responsibilities for Their Own Communications

If you integrate our AI receptionist service with your existing phone systems, you are solely responsible for ensuring your own compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements. We may provide guidance on the A2P 10DLC registration process as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for your registration or compliance. You acknowledge that to use your own phone numbers for business texting, you must separately register with the appropriate carriers and services

2.3 Definitions

Service: The TrustCast Method website and AI receptionist service.User, You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.Content: All information displayed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our service. Ai Receptionist: Our virtual receptionist service that uses artificial intelligence to handle calls, book appointments, and interact with callers.

3. Use of Service

TrustCast Method provides an AI receptionist service designed to handle incoming calls, book appointments, and interact with callers on behalf of businesses.


3.2 Account Requirements

To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
